RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Return Period

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging with all labels attached.


Items Excluded from Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Gift cards (refunds are only possible via store credit or exchange)


How to Return an Item

To request a return, please contact us directly at support@morganbrooks.uk 
Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions, including the correct return address.

Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Once approved:

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  2. Ship the parcel using a tracked delivery method of your choice.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.


Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed as soon as possible.
The amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund after several days, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@morganbrooks.uk


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@morganbrooks.uk with photo evidence of the issue.
We’ll review your case and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.


Return Shipping Costs, Customs & Import Duties

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning an item, including international postage, customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees charged by the destination or origin country.
These costs are non-refundable and will not be covered by Morgan & Brooks. 

Please note: Returns need to be sent to one of our international fulfillment centres.

As a result, return shipping costs may vary and can be higher than domestic UK returns. Customers are responsible for these costs.

If you have any questions about return shipping before placing your order, our support team will be happy to assist.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or refusal to pay import duties, the original shipping cost and any return-related expenses will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
After this period, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled or modified.
Please review your order carefully before checkout.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to the sender, we can resend it once the correct address is confirmed.
Additional shipping costs may apply. Refunds are not available in such cases.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
We are not liable for lost or delayed parcels after dispatch.

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
If the parcel is officially declared lost, we’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
