CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
Morgan & Brooks is not responsible for any additional costs, delays, or returns caused by unpaid customs fees.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Please note that the tracking number will be available 3-6 days after order processing, as the items need to be prepared before shipping. You will receive the tracking information by email once your shipment is on its way.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
For most deliveries, tracking is available so you can check the status of your order at any time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your shipment. UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, we will contact you to make the necessary corrections. Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect delivery address are the responsibility of the customer.
INSURANCE
Most of our shipments are insured to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. If a shipment is damaged during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package so we can assess the damage and provide a solution.
PICK-UP
Self-pickup of orders is currently not available. All orders are delivered via shipping.
